Delivery Director

Elevate Your Career in Technology Leadership! The Delivery Director is responsible for overseeing all Technology project deliveries within PeopleCert. This role is critical in driving the successful completion of PeopleCert’s technology involved projects, enhancing customer satisfaction, and achieving operational excellence. As a Delivery Director, your tasks include the following:

• Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction for the Technology delivery function, ensuring alignment with the organization's goals and objectives. Drive the development and implementation of delivery methodologies and best practices.
• Project Delivery Oversight: Oversee the successful delivery of all technology involved projects. Ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget, maintaining high quality standards.
• Resource Management: Optimise the allocation of project resources, ensuring efficient utilization and alignment with project requirements.
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary liaison between project teams, executive management, and external stakeholders. Ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals, progress, and outcomes.
• Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery.
• Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement implementing processes and systems that enhance project delivery capabilities.
