Exams Associate

If so, this is the chance to apply now! 📥 PeopleCert is currently looking for an Exams Associate who will be responsible for the exams operational tasks in Examinations team, cooperating with internal teams and external partners to organize the exams. He/ She will be setting the examination schedule and completing all required tasks in order to ensure smooth exams conduction.

• Manage incoming emails and requests regarding exams
• Collect, check exam applications and handle candidates’ registration
• Evaluate request for candidates with disabilities
• Set examination schedule
• Contact external partners (Interlocutors, Invigilators) and assign them specific agreed tasks
• Arrange and monitor the printing and packaging of the exam material required for the exam date

• Monitor exams and processes and handle issues that may arise
