Job position: Software Engineering Manager - Rebels Position Location: Tallinn, Estonia Perforce develops DevOps tools that improve software quality and security as well as team productivity for several of the world’s leading companies, such as PIXAR, CD Projekt Red, NASA, Verizon and Honda. Position Summary: We are looking for an awesome engineering manager to join the Rebels (aka JRebel) team. JRebel helps Java developers be more productive by viewing code changes in real time. By skipping the time-consuming build and redeploy steps, JRebel helps save developers time.The Rebel team is responsible for developing the integrations with the various frameworks, the IDE plugins for the five major Java IDEs and the java agent itself. Besides that, the team investigates, writes integration tests, writes infrastructure code, and other things that ensure JRebel works. In this position you are expected to provide direct oversight of a medium sized engineering organization for a full range of product development activity.
