SEO Manager (Finnish)
About the role
Your main responsibility will be helping the company’s assets (mostly Finnish) to stay up to date on best search engine optimization (SEO) practices and create new strategies when necessary. SEO Manager is overseeing the team of 3-4 SEO Content Specialists/Writers (on-site and remote) and making sure that best SEO practices will be implemented across the company.
Responsibilities in this role: 🔹 Develop SEO roadmap 🔹 Maintain overall alignment with business goals and SEO strategy 🔹 Define and track relevant KPIs such as conversation rate, click rate, and bounce rate 🔹 Identify SEO issues and implement solutions 🔹 Oversee content relevance 🔹 Design keyword discovery and link-building strategy Teamwork:
🔹 Supervise a team of SEO Content Specialists/Writers and oversee the implementation of on-site and off-site SEO strategies 🔹 Work closely with IT team to ensure assets are technically sound 🔹 Provide SEO training for junior team members (if hired any) and occasional company-wide training sessions
Determined skills and earlier experience necessary in this position: 🔹 Proven experience of 3+ years in affiliate SEO (on Finnish market) 🔹 Knowledge of WordPress, CSS, HTML 🔹 General understanding of online marketing strategies and tools 🔹 Strong organizational and leadership skills, including 2+ years of team leading experience 🔹
