Product Management Internship

We are looking for an energized student to join our Product Management team as an intern, helping to creatively solve customer problems and revolutionize the Conversational AI space. Working alongside a Senior Product Manager, you will learn key product management fundamentals in a fast-paced setting and have the opportunity to drive a feature from inception to release. As a member of our growing Product Management team, you will also gain incredible insights into Product Operations and experience working at a leading startup.  The core of Product Management is figuring out the ‘Why’ and ‘What’ behind investments; it requires the ability to gather and analyze information across sources, distill it to communicate a story, and drive cross-functional teams towards a common goal. You do not need a technical background for this position, but a strong interest in the technology and desire to learn is a must. PolyAI delivers exceptional customer service through lifelike voice assistants that understand customers’ pain and guide them to resolution. Our new Generative AI native voice automation platform simplifies the user experience to build, monitor and maintain these robust assistants.
