People Operations Specialist

What is Polygon Labs? Polygon Labs is a software development company building and developing a network of aggregated blockchains via the AggLayer, secured by Ethereum. As public infrastructure, the AggLayer will bring together user bases and liquidity for any connected chain, and leverage Ethereum as a settlement layer.  Polygon Labs has also contributed to the core development of several widely-adopted scaling protocols and tools for launching blockchains, including Polygon PoS, Polygon zkEVM, and Polygon Miden, which is in development as well as Polygon CDK. The People Operations Specialist Contractor  is responsible for assisting in the company’s people strategies and programs. This person will play a role in creating a positive and seamless experience for contributors throughout their journey at Polygon. This is a 6-month contract position with the possibility for extension and/or full-time conversion.

• Assist the People Team with all aspects of onboarding, offboarding, engagement, performance management, background checks, immigration support, relocations, and other People-related workstreams
• Serve as the first point of contact for contributor questions received through our ticketing system, Jira, and manage tickets through completion adhering to SLAs
• Save and file all contributor documents
