Our business keeps growing, so we’re looking for a skilled Content Moderation Lead to join our international Customer Support team. The goal of the Content Moderation team is to ensure customers adhere to our acceptable content guidelines and copyright restrictions. We do this through manual and automated moderation processes and collaboration with other teams.

• Leading, coaching, and mentoring the Content Moderation team members, including conducting 1:1s, performance reviews, and team meetings
• Leading and coordinating team projects, organizing communication and documentation, and implementing procedures to enhance the work of the team and the customer experience
