We’re searching for a Senior Vice President, Account Director who will manage the client relationship, partner with senior leadership on high-level strategy and use their deep web knowledge to ensure strategic deliverables. Tasks and responsibilities include:· Client Operations

• Participates in the overall organizational operations, including issues management, capacity planning, infrastructure development, resourcing, etc to support new and existing customer needs.
• Provides comprehensive and proactive communication of critical business issues (including but not limited to changes in account activities) and their impact on budget and/or forecasts to senior leadership
