Employer Branding Specialist

Our end-to-end technology solutions cover a wide range of needs for Banking, Financial Services, Utilities, Insurance, Retail organisations, and beyond.We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Employer Branding Specialist to join our HR team in Athens and contribute to managing campaigns, crafting compelling content for internal and external platforms, coordinating career events, and contributing to internal and external communications. This role is ideal for a proactive individual with a passion for shaping, promoting and celebrating the employer brand of Qualco Group. Responsibilities:

• Create compelling Employer Branding content for internal and external platforms, showcasing our culture and values.
• Develop, track and optimize recruitment marketing campaigns.
• Constantly promote our Employer Value Proposition in all communications and ensure Employer Branding consistency, across content and channels.
• Propose and actively participate in internal and external Employer Branding projects and initiatives.
• Conduct market research and provide insights on industry trends.
• Maintain and develop the Group’s career pages and corporate pages on online platforms.
