As an Engagement Manager, you will be part of our Applied Intelligence team in Athens and you'll play a crucial part in bringing technology innovation, facilitation skills, and an entrepreneur mindset to help us grow. You will act as a Program Leader delivering short term and long-term projects. You will make an important contribution to the analysis, design, and implementation of business performance approaches, developing tailor-made solutions and working closely with clients to ensure positive impact and sustainable results. Role Overview A Day in the Life of an Engagement Manager at Qualco will include:

• Lead consulting engagements with clients from post sales stage to successful delivery of the project in terms of scope, deliverables, budget, client satisfaction and achievement of required business outcomes.
• Manage all aspects of project and solution delivery.
• Lead and manage the implementation project team.
