As an IT Network Engineer you will provide support to design, deploy, and configure proof-of-concept and prototype infrastructure environments. Services provided will include troubleshooting, network designs, implementation, and other related tasks A Day in the Life of an IT Network Engineer at Qualco will include:

• Provides 2nd level support in incident or problem management activities involving network infrastructure.
• Manages the availability of assigned network resources, as well as proactively identifying and resolving failures and/or problems.
• Performs technical activities such as maintenance, upgrades and other activities associated with network infrastructure.
• Implements network infrastructure monitoring and alerting solutions to ensure they meet service level targets in accordance with company security directives.
• Maintains network security by implementing and configuring security controls and measures such as firewalls, network traffic analysis systems, and intrusion detection systems.
