Role Overview At QUALCO, we empower the financial world with innovative technology. As a Project Manager, you will be part of our Project Management team in Athens. You will take on the management of key clients’ projects across EMEA with the goal of delivering every project on time, within budget and within scope, while building positive long-term relationships with our clients. A Day in the Life of a Project Manager at Qualco will include:

• Managing complex projects and coordinating project teams, to deliver and ensure quality throughout the project;
• Defining scope and expected deliverables, aligning stakeholders and influencing decision processes, determine success metrics, and track against milestones;
• Managing changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs;
• Monitoring risks proactively, driving prioritization, balancing business needs versus constraints. and taking mitigation actions and contingency planning;
• Developing effective presentations and project update materials to communicate project status to key stakeholders (C level & Technical resources).
