As a Sales Development Representative you will play a crucial role in building a new sales pipeline from cold – calling and prospection outbound campaign, as well as pursuing potential leads. You will be responsible for building relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and promoting our innovative services and solutions. A Day in the Life of a Sales Development Representative will include:

  • Identifying and creating new sales-qualified opportunities from outbound/ inbound leads 
  • Identify and target prospective clients through research, digital lead generation, and networking;
  • Engaging with prospects via telephone, email and social media engagement to introduce our solutions and create new business opportunities;
  • Build and manage a lead pipeline, tracking leads and opportunities to achieve and exceed individual and team targets;
  • Achieving monthly quota of qualified opportunities; 
  • Profiling the account and overcome prospect objections to generate quality opportunities for the Sales Team;
