Global Sector Lead - Finance

This new position aims to develop the Finance sector for Quantis through the sale and delivery of transformation projects targeted at financial players.  Consequently, this role is a blend of business development, account management, relationship building and strategy creation & delivery, aiming to support our existing and future clients in their sustainability journey.   Based in Paris and reporting to the Global Leader & Managing Director, you will:

• Build and develop Quantis’ Sustainable Finance sector agenda, starting in France and expanding to other branches, and prioritise, define, launch and supervise the implementation of strategic sector initiatives 
• Develop and nurture client relationships at the C-Suite level together with BCG to set up successful client relationship strategies to align our clients’ organizations with planetary boundaries.  
• Manage and grow multiple key clients, acquire new clients and strive to make Quantis their preferred partner for their sustainability transformation.  
• Be a member of the Quantis leadership team  You will be successful in your role if you: 
• Identify prospects and pitch our offer, either as stand-alone Quantis or together with BCG teams.  
• Achieve branch sales target that you will co-define with the Managing Directors of the branches, and deliver with the local Finance leaders, that you will animate.
