Working with agencies and brands, your relationships, leadership experience, and digital media expertise make you a key pillar of Reddit’s business strategy and a world-class partner to leading brands. You will oversee a team of Industry Managers. This is one role that is required to be based in person from either San Francisco, Los Angeles, or New York City. Responsibilities:

• Actively coach, develop, and lead a team of Industry Managers
• Manage a high-performing team by recruiting and retaining top talent, while balancing resources efficiently
• Keep a pulse on key industry trends and insights and leverage your deep vertical knowledge to further the development of your team
