Entre Strasbourg et Colmar, La Cheneaudière* & Spa est un hôtel Relais & Châteaux de 45 chambres avec un restaurant gastronomique, un restaurant bistronomique qui mettent à l'honneur les produits locaux et d'un Nature-Spa de 2 500 m2 dédié au bien-être et au repos avec de nombreuses installations telles que 2 piscines, 1 biotop extérieur, 3 jacuzzis, 5 saunas, 1 grand hammam, un flotarium, 6 cabines de soins...

QUELLE EST LA « CARTE » DES MISSIONS ? Vous avez la charge des missions suivantes :

  • Vous maîtrisez les recettes et les techniques de fabrication dans le respect des règles d'hygiène et de sécurité
  • Vous mettez en place votre poste
  • Vous préparez les garnitures, la cuisson des viandes, …
  • Vous participez aux réceptions de marchandises
