Customer Service Representative (6 month fixed term role)

About the role

  • 6 month fixed term contract (Full-time hours)8am - 4pm or 9am - 5pm working hours
  • Hybrid role – WFH and 1 day onsite at Bella Vista  Let's talk about the role: This role is to provide exceptional customer service, sales and marketing support via different channels of communication. You will be addressing customer enquiries related to ResMed products, services, warranty, order processing, data entry and resolving general complaints. Providing first line technical and clinical assistance and escalating the issue to relevant teams for timely resolution. We are looking for a superstar who lives and breathes customer service and loves being on the phone providing a gold star customer experience.
  • Create an amazing experience across all interactions and pathways, striving to meet the customer's needs in their first point of contact.  
  • Handle registration and warranty enquiries
  • Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership of our customer's experience including receiving customer feedback and troubleshooting through product enquiries
  • Advocate for and educate on the continued usage of ResMed products and services to the consumer throughout their ongoing sleep health journey to Awaken their Best. 
  • Actively think of and be involved in continuous improvements projects and their implementation to support both partners and customers
