As a Learning Design Specialist in the International Training & Development Team, you are responsible for the design and development of state of the art learning experiences. You work with the commercial development team for Asia and program managers who are subject matter experts, to gather learning needs and requirements. You create impact, both with innovative content creation and with winning delivery and handover of those programs. You apply learning design successfully to build international (scalable) learning programs that will support and inspire our Retail Brand Ambassadors to provide best in class customer experiences. Furthermore, you will:

• Design and develop engaging, on-brand blended learning programs for Asia region including other Retail, Travel and Wholesale, by using a variety of learning formats such as e-learning courses, classroom presentations, webinars and video’s.
