Learning & Development Specialist

We're looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to join our team! If you're organized, detail-oriented, and love working with people, this might be the perfect role for you. You'll be planning, coordinating, and evaluating training programs for our employees in Poland and around Europe. What You'll Do:

• Logistics: Coordinate training and development activities in line with our local and global strategies. Work with local HR and leadership teams.
• Facilitation: Use a mix of methods like classroom training, on-the-job training, virtual workshops, and more. Help create and deliver learning programs on various topics.
• Scaling: Manage our training schedule using the Workday Learning system. Handle the administration of centrally delivered training.
• Evaluation and Improvement: Keep an eye on training programs, evaluate their effectiveness, and suggest improvements.
• Vendor Management: Help find and coordinate with external training suppliers. Work with procurement and finance teams.
• Implementation of Global Initiatives: Adapt and implement global development programs locally. Coordinate employee onboarding in Poland and support international onboarding.
• Documentation and Reporting: Prepare training materials and reports in Polish and English.
• Coordination: Manage the local training approval process and English language training. Support payment processes and evaluations.
