Office Assistant - Temporary position

Scoro’s People Operations team is looking for an Office Assistant to join the team in Tallinn. Your responsibilities include:

• Providing a positive impression and warm welcome for Scoro’s employees and guests in Tallinn;
• Being the first point of contact for general external communication (e.g., office phone calls, email) and service providers (e.g., the landlord, cleaning service);
• Coordinating travel arrangements (flights, accommodation, etc.) for our team members;
• Ensuring office supplies, snacks, and beverages are consistently stocked by monitoring inventory, placing orders as needed, and organizing deliveries; 
• Help to plan and organize company- wide events;
• Helping with being up to date with work environment-related documentation. We offer:
