Customer Success Manager

We're currently seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our team in Berlin and play a pivotal role in Scoutbee's growth. As the go-to person for developing lasting relationships with our existing customers, you'll guide them through their journey, ensuring an exceptional experience and serving as a Scoutbee ambassador. You'll collaborate closely with our Sourcing and Sales teams, advising customers on our discovery product while maintaining a sales-driven mindset. Your role in our beehive:

• Understand our customers' business objectives and advise on product usage to achieve desired goals.
• Serve as the key point of contact and relationship lead for a portfolio of major customers.
• Train customers on existing and new product features.
• Proactively engage with customers to drive adoption, usage, and value realization of our product, identifying opportunities for upselling or expansion.
• Lead customer feedback meetings during the trial and post-sale phases, including monthly and quarterly reporting.
