Contact us to get more details about the benefits we offer.The AR Analyst will be a key factor in Monto’s product flow, to enable Monto’s users to monitor all invoices from the different supplier’s portals in one place, enable auto-invoice upload to portals, and support customers’ requests toward a 97% retention rate. Responsibilities:

Monitor invoice status on the different supplier portals.
Monitor Monto's automation.
Upload invoices to the different portals according to buyers’ requests.
Solve issues that occur during the uploading process.
Send billing tasks to suppliers & track responses to bill buyers accurately. Requirements:
Experience in Accounts Receivable processes, including invoice monitoring and issue resolution.
Attention to detail in monitoring invoices and ensuring accuracy.
Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Basic technical proficiency to monitor and troubleshoot automation processes.
Great communication skills.
Ability to quickly identify and resolve issues during invoice processing.
Ability to take ownership of tasks and contribute to achieving a 97% retention rate.
