The Marketing Operations Manager will play a crucial role in optimizing and streamlining our technology, database, and processes to drive efficiency, effectiveness, and overall commercial success. This role will be responsible for managing Sales/Marketing technology, database accuracy/cleanliness, and supporting cross-functional collaboration between the commercial teams. Responsibilities:

• Create and manage new outbound campaigns within Marketo.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with the team to resolve them.
• Manage campaign member data, including normalization, enrichment, and validation.
• Ensure best practices for data governance, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Assist with marketing automation efforts, including campaign setup, nurturing, and personalization to drive engagement and conversion.
• Ensure the alignment of technology, data, and processes to support campaign goals.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement between the Marketing/Sales/Business Development teams and implement streamlined workflows.
