taking care of the highest quality of customer service, i.e. our potential students;
providing information and solve customer problems through different channels - phone, e-mail and through dedicated software;
actively acquiring new customers for the company;
maintaining regular relations with our clients and help solve any problems related to payments and participation in courses;
keep records related to the new course participants; Meeting KPI requirements. We need: Latvian language native or fluent; English skills to communicate in the team; Preferably 1 year of experience in sales to individual customers.
