Join the Middle Office team as a Team lead within SEB Baltic Trading, Securities and Wealth Operations department and take the lead in managing critical data assets that highly impact our trading and investment activities. Middle Office group is the team of 7 professional employees and is responsible for various tasks, including ensuring timely and accurate regulatory reporting to authorities (EMIR, MiFID II, APA, etc.), compliance with internal procedures and external regulations, onboarding and setup - setting up new instruments, clients, limits, counterparties and markets in the systems, data enrichment - enhancing static data with additional information such as corporate actions, data quality control, verifying the accuracy of financial information related to trading activities, including pricing, valuation using Refinitiv and Bloomberg systems and maintaining documentation of Middle Office procedures.

• Providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship to team members, with a focus on competence growth.
• Delivering on set KPIs, KRIs and business plan goals.
• Developing and implementing data quality controls, processes, and procedures to ensure the accuracy and completeness of static data sets.
