IT Risk Manager | Tallinn

We seek an individual experienced in IT risk management or IT audit to manage ICT and operational risk practices within Baltic Technology. Responsibilities include implementation of ICT risk framework in line with bank’s risk policy and instructions, performing risk assessments and reporting, and coordination of other compliance, risk, and audit matters. You'll join the Baltic IT risk management team, reporting directly to the Baltic IT Risk Manager, and actively engage with stakeholders across organization and SEB Group to ensure effective risk management.

• Performing ICT risk assessments and maintaining ICT risk profile together with risk management action portfolio
• Coordinating and performing follow-ups for defined risk remediation action plans
• Developing and maintaining system of IT metrics and Key Risk Indicators and performing regular IT KRI reports
• Performing analyses and quality checks of current IT service management, business continuity management and incident management practices
• Coordinating and taking part in Operational risk management processes in Technology organization
• Determining external regulatory requirements for ICT and cybersecurity risk management and proposing strategies for compliance
• Ensure timely management of audit findings in assigned responsibility area
