You will be driving Vendor Performance Management program ensuring the seamless onboarding of key and critical services and maintaining ongoing vendor performance reviews. The role demands a proactive approach to setting up and maintaining essential documentation, including templates and processes related to vendor management, and ensuring these align with internal requirements and best practices.

• Vendor Performance and Partnership Management: Lead the Vendor Performance Management Program (VPMP) by onboarding services into the program, managing and reviewing vendor performance regularly, and maintaining up-to-date vendor data. Assist contract owners in managing existing partnerships, vendor, and license agreements through monitoring, renegotiating, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
• Documentation and Process Management: Maintain vendor lists, processes, and templates essential for vendor management. Regularly review vendor management requirements to ensure compliance with internal policies.
• Contract Management: Maintain a comprehensive registry of engagements and contracts, ensuring quality and relevance of the information. Monitor contract changes proactively and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for any necessary negotiations or updates.
