Barista

We are currently looking for a Barista to join our award winning Shelter Hall venue! Hospitality is changing…. Change with us! Shelter Hall is owned by Sessions, our goal is to help founder-led businesses, rapidly scale their food concepts. We place their brands in our own food market halls, dark kitchens and also, third party venues we partner with. This role is based within the award winning Shelter Hall Food Market on Brighton seafront! Shelter Hall is made up of 7 kitchens and 2 bars split across 2 floors, with private dining and unbeatable outside space.Combining a fantastic choice of cuisines for our guests all ordered through the Shelter Hall app. Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months barista experience, preferably within a speciality setting. If you have an SCA qualification, even better!
• The ability to maintain speed of service & product quality regardless of level of trade
• Latte art skills 
• Experienced in food handling with an awareness of HACCP, COSHH & HSE
• Friendly, positive attitude
• Confident speaking to new people
• A good level of English language
