As the Workplace Experience Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a great workplace experience for our employees in Australia and New Zealand. You will collaborate with key stakeholders and partners to create an engaging and productive workplace environment that aligns with Sinch's values and culture. Key Responsibilities include:

  • The overall operations of multiple offices, ensuring all functions run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Manage health and safety aspects according to regulation.
  • Establish, build and maintain relationships with the property managers, office suppliers, sub-contractors to ensure deliveries and works are scheduled and completed.
