Senior Account Manager

You will work as a part of our Creative Business Unit team and you will be among the main contacts for some of our customer account management matters. Responsibilities Your responsibilities will be to:

• Build strong and long-lasting client relationships to maintain old business and acquire new customers
• Communicating with clients to ensure that all of their needs are understood and addressed
• Structure complete client briefs, suitable for the creative team
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our services according to customer needs and objectives
• Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure that they fulfill all client requests
• Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal stakeholders
• Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales
• Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly results and reports)
