We’re looking for a friendly, engaging entry-level Service Desk Support Engineer to provide professional and proactive service in our busy office environment. You’ll be joining our onsite IT service desk team and supporting colleagues with end-user support for hardware, software, infrastructure, and telephony requests. Our IT team supports up to 500 desktop users and delivers IT support to the business as a service. This role is based at our Southbank office (SE1 9LS) 4 days a week (Mon-Fri), following a shift rota that includes: Early shift: 8am-4pm, Middle shift: 9:30am - 5:30pm and Late shift: 12pm - 8pm.
