Change Risk Analyst

We employ more than 3,000 people across our London, Southampton, Cardiff and Manchester offices.  We are seeking a problem solver to join us in a Change Risk Analyst position where you will analyse and perform reviews of systems and process changes within the bank, assessing problems and incidents arising from such changes, identify common problem themes, and link these to new or existing risks. The role sits within the risk department in the second line of defence. The risk department is responsible for developing the risk management framework for the business, challenging activities and reports from the first line and monitoring and reporting on risks and controls to the relevant committees, ensuring that the first line continues to operate within the risk appetite and tolerances that have been set.
