SME Banking & Collections Risk & Control Analyst

This is a great opportunity to join our First Line of Defence Risk team within SME Servicing (which encompasses Business Banking Operations and Retail & SME Collections) This role will be between 9am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday however they will be requirement for some flexibility which will reflect business needs Responsibilities include:

• Partnering with Risk and Control Owners (Director of SME Servicing, Head of Collections and Head of BB OPs) to serve as trusted advisors and create a culture of effective and consistent risk management, oversight and reporting across all of their teams  
• Providing specialist risk and control knowledge to stakeholders within the team as well as more broadly across the bank in order for Starling to operate within its risk appetite
