Role Purpose This role will focus on the development, implementation and embedding of our Talent Management processes & Talent Development programs - ensuring our values are embedded throughout. This will enable us to identify, develop and retain talent to meet existing, future and changing business needs. This will require working closely with stakeholders both across the business and the broader people team. Please note, this role could be Cardiff based, but would require significant time spent in our London office. Key Accountabilities
