About the role

The Partner Marketing Senior Manager leads the Americas Partner Marketing Team overseeing Sugar’s partner marketing strategy working with global ISVs and AMER resellers, developing, launching, executing, and managing partner and industry marketing programs to drive new logo pipeline and revenue.  We are looking for a Senior Manager, Partner Marketing who has a proven track record of designing creative ways to engage with partners to generate revenue. You not only understand CRM but also have a deep appreciation for how CRM solutions deliver business value as part of a customer’s overall tech stack and is an experienced partner marketing pro as well. You'll be the conductor of our marketing symphony, creating and executing campaigns that resonate with prospects and partners in the Americas.

What Success Looks Like:
  • Partner Marketing Team Leader: Lead the management of and vision for the Partner Marketing Team as a key leader within our business
  • Partner Marketing Plan Architect: Be the driving force developing and creating comprehensive marketing plans with partners for the Americas market that aligns with our overall new logo demand generation marketing strategy, outlining the specific tactics, channels, and timelines to target our ICP audience effectively
