Our HR team is the backbone of Surfshark, handling everything people-related. They recruit top talent, onboard newcomers, and upskill employees through Learning & Development. HR Business Partners tackle complex team and structural challenges, while HR Operations manage processes and data. Admins ensure a great office environment, and our Recruitment team grows Surfshark by bringing in talented individuals. With their support, we’ve grown to 400+ strong and continue to thrive. Now, our HR team is looking for additional hands and brains to join and help us keep growing.

• Manage day-to-day office activities, ensuring the workplace is well-maintained, fully stocked, and well-organized;
• Handle reception duties, greeting visitors, managing entry cards;
• Support employees with their requirements and direct them to the right person or team;
• Coordinate office equipment maintenance and repairs as needed;
• Choose and cooperate with vendors, office service providers, and building maintenance services;
• Be responsible for the business trips process across the organization;
• Help plan, organize, and execute company events;
