As a Product Manager within our User Identity Track, you'll play a critical role in enhancing the overall user journey. This position is central to SwissBorg’s operations, focusing predominantly on refining user interactions while also ensuring that these enhancements align with global compliance standards.

• User Lifecycle Management: Lead efforts to optimize every aspect of the user journey, from onboarding to retention. Implement innovative processes and features that improve engagement and user satisfaction, integrating KYC procedures seamlessly into user interactions.
