Je zorgt voor een efficiënte samenwerking binnen het team, en je stippelt de routes voor onze Customer Service verder uit. Daarbij focus je op klantentevredenheid, vlotte verwerking van de inkomende tickets en vragen én, bovenal, een gezellige teamsfeer. Je werkt samen met het management, dat jou in eerste instantie ondersteunt en je wegwijs maakt in wie we zijn, waar we voor staan en wat we nog beter kunnen. Want de allerbeste klantenservice, dat is ons hoogste goed en willen we daarom blijven optimaliseren. En daarin ben jij een essentiële schakel. Als Customer Service Manager …Zorg je voor je team.
