Reconciliations Process Expert

I am Laura Širvinskaitė, leading Asset Accounting and GL Reconciliation Team within Accounting Operations and Support in Telia Global Services Lithuania. I am looking for a Reconciliations Process Expert to join our team of professionals in Vilnius! Ready to make better happen? The team you will be a part of is responsible for Balance Sheet reconciliations handling during the period-end closures, old and unclear items investigation throughout the month, and Blackline tool administration. Additionally, it supports our colleagues and stakeholders to ensure efficient and high-quality reconciliation processes inside the Finance department. To excel in the role, you should be a flexible and challenge-driven person keen on working in a dynamic environment. You are also expected to engage and drive continuous improvements within the team actively. Besides that, you should have a solid understanding of the general accounting and accounts reconciliation process.  Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Balance sheet accounts reconciliation preparation and approval for period-end closures
• Blackline tool administration and maintenance of the reconciliations process
• Answering reconciliation-related queries and providing required information for Blackline users upon request
• Collaboration and support to stakeholders and other engaged third parties such as auditors in respect of accounts reconciliations
