Responsibilities: As a Travel Support Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring seamless travel experiences for our high net worth members. Your responsibilities will include:

• Completing reissues and refunds for our Travel Lifestyle Managers, utilizing systems like Amadeus, Farelogix, and BSP Link.
• Handling all traffic coming through the BSP Link, including ADM and ACM investigations and communication with relevant parties.
• Supporting our Finance Team with tasks such as completing open folder balances and reconciling, as well as updating our accounting tool with ticketing data.
