Waiter/Waitress A

The role We are seeking to recruit for season 2024 passionate, hardworking, generous and enthusiastic individuals who work in alignment with all team members. He/she needs to become an extension of our vision, to be able to understand our ethics & policies, to seize them and apply them within their everyday life. To be willing to represent The Rooster as our team member while on site yet also towards the outside world, so we can rise together and be willing to provide a home away from home. To be successful in this role you will have :Requirements

• Take orders and serve all food and beverage requests, using suggestive selling techniques.
• Provide customer information about menu items and beverages.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Have an eye for attention to details.
• Knowledge of the F&B procedures.
• Comply with healthy and safety regulations.
• Working knowledge of POS systems
• Excellent command of the English language and knowledge of second foreign language will be considered as an asset.
