The mission of the Square Compliance Quality Control (QC) team at Square is to provide timely and encouraging feedback on decision-making; constructive observations; valuable insight into trends, processes, and procedures, while highlighting opportunities for efficiency. This is achieved by sampling decisions made by the Compliance Team. We are looking for a Compliance Quality Control Analyst to help QC review decisions made by our global Compliance operations teams. You will specifically focus on QC reviews of global transaction monitoring, US/UK Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs), Australian Suspicious Matter Reports (SMRs) and Canada/EU Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs). You will provide training,
