We are looking for candidate to join Tietoevry Banking. Application Support will be part of Finance IT in CIO and be responsible for solving incidents around corporate applications and tools. In our team we are helping Tietoevry Banking employees widely. We provide advice and hints how to use corporate tools and coordinate problem solving in case of severe defects. With us you will be responsible to:

Support end users and solve incident tickets and service requests regarding Banking ERP, similar as TERP, Control M and other different applications.
Cooperate with 3rd level support experts.
Proactively identify and suggest improvement needs based on user requests and incident tickets
