Engineering Manager - Cards & Integrations

This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of building and shaping the Cards & Integrations team, from the ground up. Here’s what you’ll be doing as Engineering Manager:

• Lead the formation and management of a distributed cross-functional engineering team responsible for our payment cards backend ecosystem expansion
• Translating business requirements into actionable engineering plans and owning the team's execution, delivery, and quality
• Providing mentorship and coaching to engineers, fostering professional growth and development
