• Leading the formation and management of a distributed cross-functional engineering team responsible for top-tier experience of our customer-facing products.
• Translating business requirements into actionable engineering plans and own the team's execution, delivery, and quality.
• Providing mentorship and coaching to engineers, fostering professional growth and development;
