About the role

Creation and administration of licenses and customer objects in internal databases
Direct / active contact with new customers after signing a contract
Solution of customer inquiries via email and telephone
Targeted tracking and analysis of inquiries
Development of innovative and efficient processes, both internally and for customers
Basic project work
Internal communication through various departments and all hierarchical levels Qualifications: To be successful in the position you will possess the following skills and experience: Must have:
1-2 years of experience in support or in a comparable role with customer contact
Customer-oriented way of working and a sense of responsibility
Experience in contracting and business administration is a plus
Knowledge of licensing technologies is an advantage
Excellent knowledge of English
Technical and analytical understanding & hands on mentality
High willingness to cooperate, resilience and ability to combine
