Creative Producer / Creative Mastermind

This Creative role is a varied role focused on various aspects of leading edge performance marketing, such as TV marketing, social media advertising, email marketing, creating compelling content and advertising, or anything we have not yet tried before. Your main goal will be growing our sales, by ideating, creating and producing (using in-house, freelancer, and/or agency resources) new and innovative advertising creatives that drive measurable results. We are looking for a creative, entrepreneurial, and hands-on person with the right mindset, your education and work experience matters less. Example projects could include:

• Create an idea and script for a new TV creative (animated and/or using stock video), find freelancers for edit, coordinate voice-over, finalize creative with freelancers
• Create an idea, offers, and copy for print magazine ad campaign, create design with help of in-house designer or freelancers
• Create a new high production value TV ad - create idea and script, find a creative agency or videographer to work with, source customers for testimonials, coordinate logistics to get all customers on site to studio, coordinate editing and post-production with agency or freelancers
