Finance Associate (Home-based Full time)

We are currently looking for a Finance Associate to join us in building a global leader in multi-day themed travel experience ( www.bookyogaretreats.com , www.booksurfcamps.com , www.tripaneer.com and more). Responsibilities:

• Assist with the preparation of operating budgets, financial statements, and reports
• Lead preparation of management accounts including P&L, Balance Sheet, and other reports
• Lead preparation of monthly board presentation and budget to actuals analysis
• Manage daily finance operations, account records, issue invoices, and receipts, and handle payments
• Actively manage business finance, reporting and analysis across departments
• Process requisitions and other business forms, report on the account and cash balances, and support government and regulatory filings
• Analyze financial data and assist with audits, reviews, and tax preparations
• Handle internal and external stakeholder communication Qualifications
• Degree in either Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
