At Twilio, we support diversity, equity & inclusion wherever we do business.About the job This position is needed to Join Twilio as a Senior Recruiter for APJ region, responsible for partnering with managers from Marketing, Non-Tech, Support, Accounting, Finance, HR, Total Rewards, TA Ops teams to fuel the growth of our G&A. As a strategic partner to the business, our Talent Acquisition team plays a critical role in all talent matters. As a Senior Recruiter, you will establish strong partnerships within your aligned organizations, gaining a deep understanding of the business objectives to effectively deliver top-tier talent that supports these objectives.   Responsibilities In this role, you’ll:

• Own the recruitment process end-to-end: conduct intake/kick-off calls with the hiring managers, open and manage requisitions, develop search & sourcing strategies, assess talent, steer the interview process for interviewers and candidates, manage projects globally and close candidates via the offer process.
