This pivotal role offers an extraordinary chance for someone who embodies a unique mix of talents including teaching proficiency, curriculum design acumen, and adeptness in product management. As the leader of our curriculum development, you will be entrusted with leading the creation of our national curriculum schemes of work, ensuring the availability and supervising the development of a comprehensive, linear, and progressive curriculum spanning from early years to Key Stage 4 (KS4).

Key Responsibilities
  • Curriculum Development: Lead the crafting of a national curriculum that stands as a benchmark for excellence, ensuring it is comprehensive, linear, and progresses logically from early years through to KS4.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with a cross-functional team of educators, designers, and developers to produce high-quality educational content that resonates with and meets the needs of our diverse learner base.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities in the educational sector to ensure Twinkl’s offerings remain at the forefront of educational innovation.
